Blade Runner 2049 Ending Scene Recreation (PS1 Aesthetics/Artstyle)

An university project I created in 2022, where I sought to recreate the final scene in Blade Runner 2049, realized by Denis Villeneuve, in a retro style heavily inspired by the PS1 era.

This was a very fun and interesting project as it was the first time I tried really delving into a particular style and appropriating it for myself by adding my own touch to it. While the textures were definitely a big part of it, the project truly felt like a learning experience when I got around to setting up the Unreal scene and making the style more authentic using post-processing & scripts (for things such as the dithering, the slight vertex warping, etc.)
